Sometimes bunnies will chew things, its how they are. Their teeth constantly grow, so chewing on things helps shave them down. Try giving him some safe wood chews, or other toys that are safe for bunnies. You can give him toilet paper rolls, the cardboard ones, as well as paper towel rolls, to chew on.

When he shakes his head and jumps, its called a Binky. This means your bunny is super happy and comfortable! This is the most positive action your bunny could do to express his happiness.

Like OnyxMoon said, You can try redirecting the chewing by getting him some other toys to chew on. Rabbits usually love edible toys like willow balls, apple sticks etc. As for the head shaking and high jumping combo, it’s most likely a binky – you can try youtubing to see how it looks like just to make sure
