  Mischief, my 10 month old lion head/hotot mix, once made a very special sound. It was about one or two months in getting and I was just relaxing with her and all of a sudden she makes a sound, and as best I can describe it, that sounded like ” bop bop bop bop bop.” It was absolutely adorable, but that was the only time she ever made that noise. Has anyone ever heard their bunny make such a noise? If so, what does it mean? I’m thinking that it was a happy click voiced out!

  only thing i can think of is possibly teeth grinding? which I think can mean happiness if its quiet and gentle, but can mean pain if its really loud.
  In your case it was probably just him feeling relaxed/happy.
  
  dunno if anyone else has other ideas.

  There is a noise they can make now and then and sounds like a “Mm, Mm, Mm”. You might here it when they’re hopping around. With my first rabbit, when I first heard this I thought it was her joints or something. Lol. Like she needed oiling.
  
  Another sound you might hear is a soft click, click, click, which is when they quietly tap their teeth together.
