Before Lucy starts cleaning her face with her paws, she will bring her front paws up and down SUPER quick. Almost like she is doing a little robot dance? It’s a very fast jerky movement.

Anyone else’s bun do this? Does it mean anything? She’s a wierd little girl…but I love her.

haha Cute description! It is normal. I guess it’s the way they shake any dirt or debris of their paws before they bathe.

Haha I never thought of it that way. But the one day Archie heard something and popped his head out and slowly walked out with his head going up fast and then down and back up, it was quite funny and looked like he was doing the robot too

Yes!! Of all the things our bunnies do, this is the thing that cracks me up the most.   I like to thing of it as “air boxing” though. Mine air box so fast that it makes a kind of whooshing “paff paff paff” kind of noise. I need to try and get a video of it ‘cos it’s awesome!

I love when they do this. Otto will do this during bonding sessions right on Hannah’s head (as she’s asking him to groom her). She doesn’t seem to mind getting whacked in the face, but I wish Otto would pay more attention to what his paws are doing.

I love it when they do that and hit their nails on something every time they flick their paws, making a loud sound. I take it to mean they are applauding me because I’m such a great mommy!
