My bunnies!

Not sure what nostalgia prompted me to look at this forum again. I suppose I have bunnies on the brain 🙂 Sad to see traffic has dropped off so sharply. (I’m not a fan of Reddit and the judgy tone folks have there, or how hard it is to search for posts)

I now have six rabbits. There’s Cadbury (red mix) and Pika (harlequin lionhead), who are now both around 9 years old. Then I have my goofy little white lop Narnoo. About a year ago, we got a beautiful purebred Havana marked holland lop named Inlé. (She is the spiciest of the bunnies, and also hyper-dominant.)

More recently, we ended up getting a 7 week old baby lionhead, named Nutmeg Bunnerscotch. A few weeks ago, I was legitimately handed a little white mini Rex and told he was free if I wanted him. His name is Lemon, since life handed him to me.

So now I have 6 rabbits, of whom 4 are a bonded warren. We’re waiting for the baby to hit puberty fully, and then she’ll join the warren. (Inlé runs a tight ship, and we’re scared for the baby’s safety with her being so small.) Mr. Lemon is going to get neutered first, since he wants to mate with everything that moves, and then he’ll be joining the warren. So, in a few months’ time, I should have a bonded sextet. (That’s gotta be some kind of bragging rights…right?)

Crazy to think I joined this forum when I was 11 years old, and now I’m 28 with a house and a husband. Anyway, here’s some rabbits!

Hi FluffyBunny! So nice to see you! And what adorable bunnies you have! So cute!

Yes, the forum has slowed considerably. I imagine many people have turned to places like Reddit out of convenience, if nothing else. You are still welcome to post questions here though. We are still around. 🙂
