I have an approximately month old rabbit named snow which I got from a pet store. I also have a 3 month old rabbit named thumper. Well the issue is with snow. SHE was perfectly fine the days after bringing her home. one day I fed thumper some carrots and lettuce and snow nibbled on them too. The next day I noticed snow had a large about of very hard, rock like, poop all over her “areas”. I took her to the restroom and cleaned it off with some wet napkins. She was fine. The next day I checked her cage to clean her litter box and noticed she had stopped pooping. I lifted her up and diarrhea was all over her legs and genitals. I cleaned her up. She was fine. She continued to eat and drink normally. Yesterday I lifted her and found that she had poop stuck to her genitals and took a lot of work to take it off. After cleaning my bunny up, I noticed her genitals were swollen and her vagina was oozing out what I think was poop. I inspected her genitals closely and seen that her vagina looked rotten. It looked moldy, white with slight hints of blues. I thought it was just poop and noticed that it wasn’t anything on the exterior. It was her vagina! It was moldy!! I can’t immediately take her to the vet because the nearest one is far so it has to be a real emergency to go. My mother tells me to just leave her in her cage and she will be fine but she hasn’t pooped at all and I can’t tell if she’s eating. Help?!? Any thoughts?
