        Hey guys!

We’ll be moving apartments in a few weeks and I’m just wondering how to go about things with Garf.

He currently is free roaming 24/7 in our living room, he has a little house in there and one big litter tray. Our new apartment is much bigger and he’ll have loads more rooms to run around in… I’m wondering should I give him another little box, I’d rather him just have the one but I also don’t want accidents? Also… should I give him just one room to begin with then gradually let him have more space?

He’s not a nervous bun so I’m not worried about him being scared or stressed during the process. I just trying to see what you guys would do in this situation

I’ve had the boys for 10 months and have moved 3 times, so I’m a pro With 2 buns we naturally have two litter boxes out, but while they were getting used to bigger spaces, we gave them a third, just in case. Especially because there were a few places they really wanted to pee. So I think that’s definitely helpful. I think because Garf isn’t nervous, it shouldn’t be a big deal to just let him explore the new place without a space restriction. When we moved to our second apartment, there was literally twice the space, and we let them out for their normal time and they were so excited by the change and by the extra space. If he seems stressed, you could cut his space back some. Good luck moving

Brill thank you so much! I just needed the reassurance I think

Thanks! He’s going to have to find some new favourite spots to sit in
