I have two outdoor rabbits that will be riding inside my car. I’ve already done a lot of research, but I don’t have a cage. Could I use a cardboard box with hay on the bottom to transport them for 6 hours (not six straight though)?

        Thanks in advance!

Nope, it is not secure enough as it is, and if they pee at all, it can cause damage to both the box, their hay, and their fur. It would be much better to buy two cat carriers, one for each of them

A carrier is one of the essential supplies people will need to have on hand for rabbits. They will be needed for vet visits, or for any time that rabbits travel away from home.
