Little Roon crossed over the bridge two days ago, more about her in the RB forum section. She had bonded very close to Bobbi, not so much to my other bunnies. They all acted strangely when she came home from the vet in an urn, but I gave them all their greens, and they were fine. Except for Bobbi, she wouldn’t eat. I force fed her twice yesterday, and once this morning, but I’m very concerned about her. I have scheduled a vet appointment for tomorrow evening. Bobbi used to play with the other buns, and run Oreo over with her wheelchair. She had suprising accuracy considering she’s blind! But now she just sits at the front door. I think she’s waiting for Roon to come home, she sits at the front door when any of the buns are at the vet. I’m worried about her, she won’t eat, and she won’t sleep. I stayed up last night watching her, she just sat upright, staring at the door. The thing I’m most concerned about is that she is biting! When I petted her, she bit my hand so hard it was bleeding! When Oreo ran up to her, she bit his ear! I bled a little bit, but It didn’t look to bad, I stopped the bleeding with styptic powder, he’s fine now. Bobbi actually moved from the front door for a minute, to bite Molly, who was lurking in the mudroom. Molly is fine though, didn’t draw blood, just scared her. She also chomped Smurf, he is also fine. I’ve actually never had to deal with a mourning rabbit before. When all of Roon’s siblings died, they weren’t bonded to any of my buns, they had never even met!
