  This dumb phone company. I pay for full service and I can’t email or get internet on my phone. What am I paying for. Geez.
  
  I tried to email my pics to photobucket from my phone. It doesn’t work. I call metro the lady tells me I have to have a premium account with yahoo or aol to use email or internet. WHA!!!!
  
  Well at least I did get some free ringtones from myxer.com with internet service. But I can’t get anything else I can’t get my photobucket on my phone either. Myxer emailed me to send me the ring tone downloads. Then why can’t I email out.
  
  Why pay for yahoo when I get it for free.
  
  Stupid. When I go to the store to pay them I hope I get the intelligent man who can tell me if this is so. I just reduced my service to phone calls only. Stupid junk.

  Oh and get this I am supposed to be able to download my pics from my phone to computer with the usb cable well that doesn’t work either.

  grrr… i hate it when things don’t work as they should! i’ve taken to calling tech support for assistance in most of those cases these days. i couldnt figure out how to access my voice mail so i had them walk me through it step by step. oh ya. they loooove me! lol. prob with that is you have to have a lot of time on your hands to wait in line to talk to some one. anyways… good luck with your phone! hope you figure out a few features soon
