  here are a few pictures of rue, our 10 week old jersey woolie. she’s been with us for about a week now. it’s been years since our last bun, and i’d forgotten how much fun having a rabbit in the house is! my daughter absolutely loves her, and is doing such a great job helping me care for her.
  
  her first meeting with kimo kawaii, my sphynx. she couldn’t have cared less, kimo was a little confused by (or jealous of) all the fluff!
  
  playing trains with my daughter. she was practicing her godzilla skills- hopping over the bridge, knocking over the tracks, stealing the trees..

  What a beauty!!! Wonderful pictures. I love Sphynx cats!!! That train set picture is too adorable. She really just looks like a little stuffed bunny. That’s great that your daughter is helping you take care of her.

  The closest thing I have seen to a hairless rabbit is LoveDove and she’s currently at Save A Bunny in recovery. She’s doing a lot better (she has no more bald spots although some of the fur is still very short) now but still needs some tender care. The amazing thing is that even through all of this, she absolutely LOVES people. She will simply sit on your chest and fall asleep while you pet her. Whenever you open up her cage, she immediately awaits the appropriate head pets for her and the one time that I reached in for her heating pad before head petting her, she gave me a ‘reminder nip’ – which is when she just put her lips on my hand, didn’t actually use her teeth but just wanted me to remember that her pets come before anything else.
  
  Dr. Harvey says she reminds her of a “Dugbog” – saying she looks like one from Harry Potter. Even with most of her fur back, she still looks more like a mythical creature than a full on rabbit. Note that some of the pics are a bit scarey to look at but do remember that she’s safe, on the mend and is an absolute… well Love Dove.

  Rue is cute and love the Sphynx. My brother’s wife has a Sphynx Cat and her name is Godiva LOL.

  i promise i will try to get more pictures! the whole family is in love with rue, but she seems to have chosen my daughter. she follows goose around like a little puppy. this morning, goose was playing music for rue on her little wooden xylophone, and rue kept trying to steal the mallet right out of her hands! every time goose would stop playing, rue would nudge her until she started again. lol

  Oh she is just too precious! And what a cute kitty! I have always had furred cats, but if I ever got another (which I have sworn I won’t) I would want one of these.
  You daughter just sitting there playing with Rue so calm nearby is marvelous! I don’t know many animals who will be anything but nervous around a child. There is no sign of that in that picture.
  I remember my little girl having had a nice kitchenette like that in her room growing up. lol…LONG time ago now. ^_^
  
  Mark, I should say shame on you for inserting that SAB link, but I just can’t. That poor bun! How wonderful it must feel to be able to help her! I envy you that.
  
  Now I am going to be on the SAB site for hours just oggling all the sweeties I wish I could bring home. *cough-cough like casey moon & her babies cough-cough*

  There’s a sphinx cat around here that is a bit of a local celebrity. He goes to the Farmer’s market and does charity stuff. I love his name: Nofuratu. So clever.
