Hi Everyone! We’ve been a long time reader and newly signed up to join you lovely bunch!

I have a 5 month old Mini Lop named Rosie. She is white with black spots and black ears. We have had her for about a week now. Rosie is a rambunctious social butterfly, but she doesn’t let that fool us as she can be stubborn when she wants something and quite shy with anyone new.

I am not new to owning rabbits. I grew up on a farm and had one my entire childhood and teen years. So its been really nice having another bun-bun in my life. We happened upon her; Rosies owners got her as a gift for their Son, who lost interest fairly fast (As you can tell by her age) and I convinced my husband that Rosie was what we needed in our life. I was correct because between myself, our daughter and him she is pretty spoiled.

Currently, I am a stay at home mom to our daughter and am in school for Nutrition. Lucky for them I am home, so Rosie gets lots of time out of her hutch and my daughter gets lots of time with me. One day I hope to have a larger place and a big back yard where we can build a run for Rosie so she has more space to stretch her legs.

I’ll have to add photos soon.
