Hello! My name is Julia and I am a first time bunny rabbit owner. I adopted a 2 year old female Rex rabbit named Nugget back in July.

It seemed her previous owners rarely ever let her out of her cage nor gave her much attention. They never got her spayed nor did they ever try litter box training her. Although it was very difficult and iffy at first, over the last few months I have gotten her to become much more comfortable with me and her new home. She is an indoor bunny and spends her days in my bedroom and occasionally we go on road trips together (she lives with me at college, so I obviously take her with me on the drives home or on trips to the pet store) She seems to be much happier now that she is not stuck in a cage and being neglected. I love my Nugget dearly and can only hope our relationship grows stronger as time goes on.

Feel free to follow her on instagram! : https://www.instagram.com/nuggettherex/

I am excited to read about other buns stories and have already submitted questions to another forum on here!

(I apologize, I am not sure how to make the images smaller! Also it would only let me post certain photos)

                      Nugget is so beautiful!

In order to make a pic smaller, you do like this:

You click “edit” on your post,

then you right-click on the pic. It turns blue, and you see this:

You click on Properties and you get this:

The little chain that I’ve marked with a very elegant red arrow should be closed, or you click on it so the chain closes. Then you can insert a size you like better in the “Width”-box, and the pic will keep it’s correct proportions because the chain-symbol is closed.

This is how it should look if you shrink the pic to 500 px instead of 700:

Then you click OK and resubmit the post.
