  Hello everyone! I am a new mother to a 9 week old baby bunny named Beans!
  
  Beans is a blue otter Netherland Dwarf, and he was a surprise anniversary gift given to me from my partner. I had always wanted a pet bunny, so being surprised with one was incredible! Haha when I asked my partner about why he had chosen this particular bun, I learned about his interesting back story! First of all, I was relieved to hear Beans was not purchased from a heartless breeder selling for profit. Turns out Beans was conceived by accident with his father being reintroduced to mama bun too soon after he had been neutered! Beans is a bun made from love, and was the only bun born in the litter
  
  For the past week, Beans had been living at my boyfriend’s house while I got everything settled at home, and as of yesterday has officially moved in with me I’m so happy to finally have him living with me and I can’t wait to watch him grow up.
  
  I have been lurking these forums for a while and learning so much from everyone here. I’m so happy to be part of a community of dedicated and extremely informed bunny owners!
