        I am SO mad at petco right now!!! I ordered this Kennel – http://www.amazon.com/Whisperer-Ces…amp;sr=8-2 One month ago and it came a week later and they had shipped the wrong one!!!! they shipped the size smaller! So my dad called and told them and they said they would ship us a new one. So 2 weeks go by and no kennel! So we called them again and they said ” Oh… we didn’t ship it yet.” Well why not! so finally we get a tracking number in our email and it says it will be here in a week, Well one week later ( today) we get the package and I see its the same size box as last time. I open it up and sure enough, its the same size as last time We need to make an appointment for our cats to get there rabie
        shots but our other kennel we have is to small!!! so now we are going to have to go buy one. ( not going to try to order again.)

        Sorry, Just had to rant.

                I feel your pain. I had a similar problem with stupid Petsmart. i had ordered a litterbox for Eddie. It said it was available when I ordered it but my confirmation email said it was backordered for like a month or longer. So I cancelled the order. Well guess what? Got sent AND CHARGED for the damn thing anyways like a day later. I was so peeved.

                I am sorry that happened to you. Apparently the 2 biggest petstore chains need to work on their customer service for online orders. Geesh.

                    my mom calls them or emails them when she has problems getting the right item or getting her money back       the help  and the co can get a bad bbb rating too

                      thanks guys. we are planing on going to petco on Thursday and returning the kennel. we are going to see if they sell it there but I doubt it. If they don’t have it, then we are going hunting to see if we can find one close to it some were else.

                        mocha, if it helps, I was able to get both of mine in store, and the store I got them for still has a bunch. So they may have yours in store too

                          Awesome! we would’ve checked before we ordered but we live 45 min. away. did you get them at petco then?

                                Yup; that’s the downside of ordering online. It’s great to be able to but sucks when something goes wrong. I ordered something that was said to ship a month ago and still have not received it. It’s just lost in letter limbo. I love when I place an order for something online and everything goes right; correct product, prompt shipping etc. I don’t order online very often because the mail in Canada is really slow.

                                Good luck finding a new carrier!
