We noticed he started loosing hair around his face when he started drinking his water with his head tilted. Sometimes he would drink normal from his bowl and other times he would tilt his head. This was causing the fur to Matt and I figured that’s what was causing him to lose hair. We recently switched to a bottle and he’s taking to it fine but no progress in hair growth and now it looks like he has a rash or something. Its really worrying me. He let’s us touch it and acts just fine. He’s still eating dine and everything. Still binkies every night (his happy time). It just doesn’t look good to me. Could this really happen from just matted fur? He did scratch it a bit but stopped since we got a bottle instead of a bowl..should I call my vet?

Could it be ringworm/fungal infection? You said it was wet a lot before.

Agree with LBJ, it sounds like ringworm/fungal infection. It will need treatment.
