Does anyone have a bunny on long term Meloxicam, Metacam or Tremadol?

Did your buns experience any side effects? If yes what were they?

        Thanks

I had a bun who was on long term (nearly 2 years) high-dose meloxicam. I gave it together with ranitidine, later pepcid when raditidine was withdrawn. This was to avoid gastric ulceration, which is a concern with long term meloxicam.

My bun seemed fine on his daily meloxicam.

We currently have a member whose bun Teddy is on long term high dose meloxicam together with Pepcid (famotidine). Here’s a current thread about Teddy: https://binkybunny.com/forums/topic/elder-bun-leg-falling-asleep-intermittent-mobility-issues/#post-1963827

I have never used Tramadol for a rabbit. I know people that have, but I cant remember anybody who’s given it long term (long term as in more than a cpl of weeks).
