Hello! My name is Jami and my bunny girls name is Lulu. I joined in January and sadly am just now getting around to actually introducing ourselves! Lulu came into my life when she was only about 4 weeks old, and boy has it been a hard journey! She is a beautiful grey Holland Lop, who rules the house. Since she claimed me at such a young age we have had many troubles with training and several health issues and an attitude problem on her part. Luckily, 3 1/2 years later we have become perfectly bonded
Don’t get me wrong, she still can cop quite an attitude with me, but what could I do when she looks at me with that cute little face?
I’m so lucky to have her in my life and I’m incredibly lucky that she is such a little trooper! Now alittle bit about the bunny slave… Me! I am a hairstylist and love every aspect of it! My other love though, is of course bunnies. I would like to one day start my own Rabbit Sanctuary and already am starting to save for it. I am aware of the time, effort, and finances that it would take, but I do not want that to stop me. I have so many people who come to me with bunnies that need a new home and I would take them in a heart beat, except that I still do live at home and there is a strict one bunny at a time rule with the parents (plus I know Lulu would not allow it haha). So instead I do my best to try and find homes for them and/or educate their current owners properly.
Once I figure out how to post some pictures from my phone and camera I will upload them here, but atleast you can see Lu in her pink ruffle harness in my profile picture

Haha Andi that is so cool! And oh, you have no idea how ‘cheeky’ she can be
And I know, right? The problem would be though if I brought home another bunny, or really any animal for that matter, we all would get too attached and they would not be leaving. But It will be quite a few years until I do that. I wont be able to do hair forever!
And Thanks MegaBunny! I will keep that in mind. I think once I get them on my pc I should have no trouble. plus that requires time and who has that really? -
Lol I will be 25 this summer, so I guess not that young! I know, most people my age aren’t still living at home, but luckily I am able to save up that money for the future, given Lulu keeps herself out of trouble
and yes the food cost will be atrocious! I swear Lulu eats more than I do sometimes. It’s hard to imagine how much food I’d go through with more! But it would be worth it in the end
