        Hi all,
So Dougie is already litter trained we’ve had him for over a year now. We moved house over a week ago. In our previous place he was using his tray but now and again didn’t use it. I thought nothing of it.
Since moving he basically doesn’t use it. I’ve been letting him off as I thought it was the move. He will pee to n the box but pooing nope. He did one lot of pops in there yesterday and I’ve woken up this morning and it’s everywhete.
Anyone got any tips or tricks I could use please
        Thank you

You’ll just need to re litter train him. Be adamant in moving him to the litter box and if you need to do sessions in an xpen or restricted space, do so because it’s new territory, so a combination of time (him getting used to the new place) and you reinforcing litter habits will get him to start using it again.

I think you might have to start actively litter training again. It was a good idea to give him a few days to settle into the new place.

Just start from the beginning again, ie being extra vigilant in placing all poop and pees in the box, picking him up and into the litter box when you notice he’s about to go etc. Hang in there! If he was litter trained once, he can be again.

Thanks guys. We were so lucky before I put the box in and after a few days he just used it after putting a few poops in.
Going to be a fun day ahead. I just don’t get how he will wee in there but not poop. He’s a funny little thing.
Thanks for your help. Wish me luck

Is his hay next to the litter box? That really helps with pooping.

If his hay is in a hay rack make sure that’s placed above the litter box as they poop a lot as they eat.
If you have the hay down ( not in a holder) place it at one end of the litter tray – again so he can eat and poop.
I would use two litter trays for now – and if he picks a new corner to go in that doesn’t have a tray – move one of the trays there.
Any accidents clean up as soon as possible and making a solution of 50/50 white vinegar and water helps too as you can use that to clean up the accident area and it disguises the smell for bunny too so he is less likely to keep going back there.
Eventually he will start using the boxes and then eventually he will use one of the two – you can then look at going back to one box again.

We have a hay rack just above which he is eating from as it’s empty this morning. Yet poo everywhere else. I don’t understand his little mind ha
