  I’m looking for some help with my house rabbits. I got 2 a couple of months ago and they are well behaved except for the fact they like to poop everywhere in their area. They almost always manage to pee in their litterbox but they poop anywhere in their area and not always in their litterbox. Is this normal? And how to stop it if it isn’t?

  How old are they? Are they sharing the same area?
  
  What sort of set up have you got for them?
  
  Some things that can help are: 1) to keep habitat floor clear of bedding, otherwise they can treat this like litter. 2) Placing their hay in the litterbox, or in a rack above the box helps them to poo in one area.

  Are your rabbits spayed or neutered? It’s not as easy to litter box train rabbits that haven’t been spayed or neutered. So you likely won’t have complete success until they have had their surgeries. Even then, some rabbit will leave poops around, but the main goal is to get them to pee in the litter box every time.
