Okay, I have read EVERYTHING I can about this topic. Nothing. Nothings seems to work with my Daisy. Daisy is used to traveling and recently we stayed at my moms where her home was a large dog kennel that we attatched a playpen to for extra room when need be, but we could close the kennel at night when needed. We set up two litter box’s, one inside her cage one outside. She ONLY peed in the litter boxes, only very few accidents outside the litterboxes. She still pooped EVERYWHERE! So i bring her back to her home in my apartment today and now she does exactly what she used to, pee anywhere she wants and poop anywhere she wants. I have a litter box in her cage and a literbox outside her cage (she free-roams most of the day). I always clean her pee with a paper towel and put it in one of the litter boxes and then clean the floor with vinegar and water. She still does what ever she wants. I went to the vet and they said I should get her spayed in 6 weeks. So I’m hoping after that it’ll help, but what can I do now!?

They’re territorial poops, and all the litter training in the world isn’t going to fix it. It’s something you’re going to have to be patient with until she is spayed.

For the pee, you’ll have to pick her up and put her in her litter box, and keep up with the paper towels. But again, with hormones in the mix, she’s unlikely to stick with litter habits.

It’s hard to pick her up because she doesn’t like it at all.
