Is this pan too small for my bun? I went with a smaller one to give him more hopping space but now am thinking it may be too cramped.

If your rabbit doesn’t really sleep in litter boxes, I think it’s pretty okay. Smaller boxes may mean cleaning more often though! Wick’s is fairly small as well.

Ok. I frequently clean it anyway. My husband is really sensitive to the smell so I change the litter daily.

If you add a splash of apple cider vinegar with the mother in your rabbits water, the urine will be odorless

Well it turns out that it’s not the urine he’s smelling (I couldn’t smell any at all)….it’s the hay! He hates the smell :/

Now that’s interesting – I never heard of that before, but it sounds worth trying. How much would suit two rabbits per day?

@Xtina22: I see your bun is one of those finicky ones.  Is it timothy hay that he’s decided all of a sudden is spinach, and the hell with it?

I meant my husband hates the smell, not my bun. LOL

@joea64 – If you Google “Heinz apple cider vinegar with the mother”, it’ll show the bottle I use. I do only half a cap full to Wick’s black water bowl, which is the size of a regular bowl? Can’t find the measurements. There’s a picture of it early on Wick’s Instagram: http://www.instagram.com/wick_theboogeyman
