My boys are litter box trained. Recently one of my rabbits decided to move his litter box away from his hay and in the middle of his cage and he likes to lay in his litter box. I clean their litter boxes daily. Any idea as to why he is suddenly doing this?

I agree with BrownietheBunny. Rabbits are big on home improvement, aka home  bunprovement.

One thing I have a problem with my buns is they munch up their hay so fast that they do not have access to fresh hay 24/7 . Don’t get me wrong, they’re litterboxes are dumped rinsed and replaced with a new liner and a big pile of fresh hay every day and they always have hay available just not always fresh (what I mean by not always fresh is I mean the smaller dusty prices and soiled hay), but it seems like I’m constantly having to stuff more hay in the boxes throughout the day. I’m home all day most days, but when I’m not I’m always worried they ate all the hay in their boxes and that I’m not there to replenish it. I always stuff there boxes again before I leave but when I get home they almost always managed to eat it while I was gone. Should I be getting a hay wrack above their boxes in addition to filling their boxes with it? ( I have 2 buns 2 litter boxes)

It’s great you have such good hay eaters!

If they are going through the hay in their box then yes I would recommend adding a hay rack just so they always have some hay available. I found these holders at Ross that are toilet paper roll holders, and they are perfect hay racks!
