Bombur nibbled away at a Lindt truffle. Like his teeth shaved off a very tiny amount, but obviously he still ingested it. It was the fudge swirl flavor, and the website doesn’t say what percentage of cacao it is. How much should I be panicking right now?

If it was a teeth swipe, I don’t think that’s too concerning. Wick gets crumbs off the carpet and kitchen all the time and we typically have cookies with chocolate chips. I’m sure he’s come upon some chunks but he’s been quite good.

Most Lindt truffles are milk chocolate, a few are dark. I think the one you have is milk chocolate on the outside, so a nibble probably won’t hurt much.

              I’m assuming Bombur is fine?

He has good taste. Those are my fave chocolates.

Thanks everyone! Yes LPT, the little rat is fine! I kept a close eye on him all night while he stuffed his face with hay and drank water. He’s been looking for the truffles ever since we took them away ? I swear he has a death wish!

Garf took some chocolate crumbs off the floor the other night! My boyfriend was eating a Flake and we all know how messy those are. Why do rabbits love what’s bad for them?!!
