Leona lovely was abandoned as a baby at port authority bus terminal in nyc. Someone found her & she was scared & hostile. She was brought to the house rabbit society adoption organization and was living at the Petco in Union Square. She stayed for a year, when she was around 2 years old a family adopted her & brought her back within a week because they “couldn’t deal with her”. A year after that I came into that Petco & was looking at the bunnies in cages, Leona got up and ran up to me from her cage, which unbeknownst to me it was not her usual behavior because she generaly hissed at you or ran away & hid.

I came back a few days later to adopt her, things were hard at first, she bit me every time I went to feed her & hissed if I tried to pet her. But with patience and love, Leona warmed up to me, started using her litter box & is now a free reign bunny! She’s my best friend & I try to make her as happy as I can

Leona loves networking & also has her own instagram & twitter!
