Hello everyone. New here to the forum and to the bunny world. I live in Misawa, Japan on an Air force base. I have two boys ages 3&6 and a male lion head rabbit named Felix. We adopted him about 3 weeks ago from a Japanese family that was no longer able to care for him. Not much is known about him because of the language barrier. We know that he is 3 years old and that he is not neutered. He is a quiet well mannered sweet heart that loves to be pet. Finding pets in Japan is quite hard because most of them are extremely expensive. Dogs can range from 1,000 to 5,000 American dollars depending on breed. Rabbits are quite pricey as well. My children are both allergic to cats and dogs so we took a chance on Felix and miraculously they are not allergic to him!
Info about myself:
I’m a stay at home mom and small business owner of Winterfall. I crochet and sew hats, scarves, etc. You can see some of my work at: http://www.facebook.com/winterfallscarves. My husband is in the Air force and works for AFN [American forces network] broadcasting news and similar stories. We have lived here for about a year and intend to try to stay here longer! Besides all of that, I am starting to become a crazy bunny lady and truly adore Felix. :]
