  Here are two of Kay favorite toys: the Taco and the Toss Tube.
  
  The Taco is one of those wicker paper plate holders you can find at dollar stores folded in half, filled with hay and sewn shut with Raffia. It is totally edible.
  
  Kay – and Winston – like to chew on it just enough so when they toss it around all of the hay falls out.
  
  The Toss Tube is a thick cardboard tube – much thicker than a toilet paper tube – filled with hay and other treats – raisins, papaya, what ever – covered with craft paper and tied with raffia to look like a piece of candy.
  
  Kay likes to pick up the toys high enough that she can bat them with her front paws to get the goodies to fall out. She will also toss them so high that she ends up falling over backwards – over and over again. Who knew falling over was so much fun!
  
  The third photo is Kay tossing the tube – but the tube is too blury to see!

  Actually my shelter makes them.
  They sell 2 of the tubes and 1 taco for $4.
  
  The taco is only good for one use – since the buns chew holes in it. But the tube is thick enough that it can be stuffed and wrapped several times.
  
  I recently started to make toys for my shelter – I will post some of them as I make them.
