        Hi everyone!
First of all I would like to thank you all since I was reading you for some time now, but I’m kinda shy so didn’t joined earlier.
And I have to say you helped me a lot with first few months as a completely new bunny mom! I had no idea how to treat him properly or anything really (I grow up only with cats and dogs and occasional eagle), but you guys have been a huge help!
I have one bunny, 9months old, hi is a dwarf lop and goes by the name (Rabbit) Redford.
He is a happy, curious bunny with a dog like nature. Tends to follow me round the house and I can swear he has his own way of telling me there is someone on the doorstep.
And I will put one of his photos as soon as I figure out how to do it in here.

              Oh thx.

I tried to post some pictures from phone and could not do it. For some reason attachments does not work from my phone. But I managed to get some photos today from computer.

So hello from Redford and me. It is really nice to meet you guys.

On the last one you can see proud owner of a hole.

We have a garden so its pretty much his kingdom there, its bunny proofed and I just left it completely at his disposal. Thou now when its getting colder we are spending most of the time inside.

He has his cage where hi sleeps but hi is free roaming bunny around the house when I’m home.

Oh yes, he adores it! The only problem is that there is no possible way to have any flowers or plants there anymore. I moved some of the pots on the window bars and try to put them on the ground for watering when he is in the house and doing something else, though he manages to get there in the split of a second. And as soon as I start lifting flower pots he is hanging from some of them.

Hi and welcome – I’m a newbie here too !

My rabbit when younger (and lighter!) used to jump up into the wall-fixed hanging basket just above her hutch roof which she could jump on top of…. it was made of wicker or something (the basket not the hutch) . I moved it when she started swinging just a tad too much for my liking !!! LOL

And yes, bunny in garden = not many plants/flowers….. Zouzou managed to nicely ‘prune’ a whole rose climber on one of her houdini expéditions.
I say “prune”, I meant “heavily prune”, no, “massacre”….!! All 6 base stems were nicely sliced through at about 8 inches off the ground. You wouldn’t have really noticed except for the top half of the lovely blooming rose bush started wilting bit by bit over the following days/weeks!!!! Ho hum ! ;o)

Redford looks gorgeous. I love the photo taken with the camera on the ground. It makes him look very important… and like a huge soft toy !!!

                              Hi and thx. Vienna
Lol I know exactly how they look when swinging from a tasty plant. Though my could reach them only when I put them on the ground for watering and try to lift them back. I would pull up, he would pull down…
And I had roses once too. Then the spring came, and with spring my bunny come and the rest is history.
