  YAHOO!!!!! That is great! How long total did it take you to get to this point/ Not very long really if I am remembering right. I am so happy for you. It definitely makes life a whole lot easier doesn’t it? Celebration..whoop, whoop! A round of carrot cocktails on me.

  It took pretty much 1 month. Believe me, I know how fortunate I am. It was as you said, they had some last issues to work out then this week, they just seemed to be ok with having the other around. Something just clicked. They’re not lovey dovey but hang out near each other. I was thinking they’re not exactly “joint at the hip”…but just now, I was laughing at them eating and sitting end to end. Rumball with his head in box of hay, Jersey eating pellets. Both got hind ends squashed up against the other.

  That’s great. I think it’s good that they can just hang out and enjoy each other – who know’s maybe they are sneaking kisses behind your back :~)

  Congrats There will probabaly still be the occasional scuffle, but once you get to this point you know things are going to work out. It will only be a matter of time before they realize they can team up against you.

  Thanks guys! They continue to delight me. They really seek each other out alot. I’ve been leaving them overnight in my lounge room where it’s warmer. The other morning I opened the door to find them sitting side by side in the middle of the couch. So cute! Maybe they were ‘necking’.
  Pam - I’ve had Rumball 7 wks now. I started the bonding 2 weeks after he came home. It was fast thankfully.
