I got to spend some quiet time at home yesterday while the hubby and kids went to town. (It was supposed to be for some school stuff/shopping and just ended up being some quick shopping as my son was carsick, but anyway…) And when she came home, my daughter gifted me with a few things to show me she was thinking about me that I just had to share cause they’re so KYOOT! ^_^
This is Skeletrina. Apparently she is a little Japanese reaper character’s kitty (a new Gothic thing apparently-yes, I have a dark side…mwahaha!) I guess it’s something called ‘tokidoki’…it’s really cute!
Then she went into the kids’ book section at Barnes and found this adorable (child’s) manga for me that is chock full of bunnies and has stories that remind me of Hamtaro. Way too simple for my reading tastes, even as far as manga are concerned, but sweet nonetheless. I love the way the characters are drawn, we often pick stuff up like this to help us with our drawing skills.
I’ve just got the best little girl.
