The store only ships to U.S. and Canada.  You might check out bunnyworld.com.au.

there would likely be major customs issues with shipping many of the unprocessed agricultural products such as hay. what were you trying to order?
i do tons of international shipping for my business and might be able to stock up on some stuff to forward to you.
I get the CommercialPlusPricing shipping discounts with USPS for Priority & Express international.

Do you have any suggestions for people in the EU? The petstores where I live have a very limited range of bunny-stuff.

                Bam – try thehayexperts.co.uk

And yes, LonghairMike, customs to NZ and Australia is especially difficult.  Another online store that has been doing this much longer than me and does ship internationally, said she stopped sending to those locations because the packages just wouldn’t get there.  So now she just does business to business there only.   But even then the destination store has posted delays due to customs.

I have a few international customers that end up using a third party shipper like http://www.borderlinx.com/    But it is a pricey choice.  From what I gather though, some customers make purchases they want from several different places in the U.S (from clothes, jewelry, bunny supplies whatever they want) and then they have the different stores ship it to borderlinx, and then Borderlinx ships all their different store purchases together in one bulk shipment.   That may make it more worth their shipping buck
