I recently got Phillip from a friend of mine who needed to rehome him. He is 2 years old, and was spraying, so I got him neutered. It has been 4 days now, and he has been perfectly fine. Today, he is hunkered down and not very active. He also won’t eat apple or banana (His two favorites!) And is breathing rapidly and has a slight wheeze. Is he Ok? Are there typical signs of a post-neuter?

        Please help, I’m so worried!

Is he not eating anything at all or just the apple/banana? Is he drinking/pooping/peeing?

I don’t think these are common signs after a neuter. You may want to bring him back to the vet just to be sure.

These are not common signs after a neuter, as Kurotta says. You should contact the vet that did the neuter. Wheezing could indicate a respiratory infection with lung involvement, and that’s something that needs treatment with antibiotics.
