Ok so that sounds stupid but I am getting ready to get her spayed and just though – I better make sure.  I see no signs of being a boy if that makes any sense but you guys are full of great information – just figured I ask.  How do I tell for sure?  I take her for her first vet visit next week and going to talk to them about spaying her but just wanted to check before then.

There is no ‘for sure for sure’ except well, when the vet opens them up. But you can look at the area. It’s a ‘cheerio’ for boy’s and more of a slit for girls. But I’m sure you’re vet will do a pre-spay check up…and maybe you’ll find out it’s actually a pre’neuter! LOL don’t worry lots of people find out that the bunny is a different sex then they thought

The vet will check the gender prior to the procedure. Sometimes though the males do suck in their testicles when you are checking down there so just looking for that is not always a good indication. Like K&K said if you check the females are more of a slit and the males are more of an o.

Well, actually the vet will check when you take your rabbit in next week.

They have to check before they put them under because they may use different anaesthesia for a spay than a neuter.
