        family member bought this “rabbit corn ball”. is it safe for growing rabbits that are less than 4 months old? need to know soon.

          I personally avoid any corn toys, and that’s because corn’s bad for bunnies. I’ve seen some corn toys labeled specifically for buns so I don’t know if they treat those differently but googling around it couldn’t hurt/

            Same, I personally avoid anything corn. Anything with hulls is definite no-no, they cannot digest this and it can cause problems in the gut. The corn silks is debatable it seems. They are very stringy though and I would avoid..

            I know family can mean well. When I had my first rabbit, my sister and her little boy bought one of those treat bars that are seeds all glued together with cornsyrup. He was 4, saw it in the shops and wanted to get it for my bunny. I graciously accepted it but never fed it to her.
