Today I thought I had horrible news. I checked Danishes tootsie and saw a tiny little testicle. I almost screamed! But her genitalia is female? I’m 99.9% sure she’s female. Is this possible? And will I be able to house her with females?

This is possible and it would be best to get her spayed anyway, I don’t know how the breeding part works but spaying/neutering is the safe way to go
I also know that rabbits can be males on the inside and female outside and vice versa.

The vet thinks my Oakley is intersex. I’m not convinced yet as he could still drop ( he has boy part outside but absolutely no sign of testicles yet and he’s 5months in a week )
He’s been for 2 attempted neuters but nothing there so they didn’t put him under. In a month if there is still nothing the vet is going to go in and neuter / spay anyway

It is important to still desex – for hormones , also because if you only see one testicle the other may be there but undropped – it’s too warm inside for testicles so can lead to many problems including cancer
