I ran out of hay and veggies for my bunnies. I ordered more hay so it will be here in the next couple of days. I will be getting more veggies tomorrow. I have some hay but they refuse to eat that type. What can I give them instead?

Since you currently don’t have hay or veggies, the only thing I could think of are pellets. You could maybe even grab some fresh grass from your yard and see if they like it. Is your grass treated? Cause if it is, than you can’t give it to them.

We don’t put any chemicals on our grass. I washed and dried some grass and they seemed to like it. They already get pellets everyday. They each got a tiny bit of veggies but that was all i had. Can bunnies have celery or red cabbage? That’s all i have left. I’ve been out of town so i didn’t know they ran out

Bunnies can have celery, but it needs to be diced into small pieces so that there aren’t any long strings to get caught in their throat. They can also have cabbage, but some people think it can give rabbits stomach issues, so they limit it or don’t feed it at all. If your rabbits have never had either veggie, don’t give them too much.
