I have hardwood floor, and honestly if they dig they dig. It’s not like carpet, so it doesn’t really do anything to the flooring. You mainly just hear the scratching at it. Bunnies chew, everything, so unless you block off access to furniture you don’t want her to ruin, she’s going to chew. You can prevent baseboards from being chewed by putting a baby gate or nic grids around them. You can attempt to discourage baseboard chewing by spraying bitter apple spray, but it didn’t stop my boys.

How old is she? You gave a very wide age range. Most vets will begin spaying females at 6 months old, some will do it at 5 months. Getting her spayed will mainly just curb her hormonal behaviors like being aggressive and territorial, as well as helping her litter habits considerably. But if chewing and digging is what you want fixed from spaying, that’s not going to happen. Bunnies chew and dig. It’s in their nature.
