I’ve been trying my hardest not to post here everyday with something but I can’t help it now. All of a sudden lux is not wanting to be held. Like over night. Yesterday she would love to be held and pet close to my chest but now she will lick my nose a bunch then try to squirm and be let down. She even managed to jump out of my arms while I was standing and jump down 5 feet, this freaked me out cause she ran away then just let me pick her up without trying to play and run away from daddy. I changed the location of her cage last night to try something different and she keeps biting the cage aggressively like she doesn’t like where it’s at. Should I move the cage back to where it was? When she jumped from my arms she cut my leg pretty good with those sharp claws of hers.

I think it’s about growing up. Like a human teenager she’s learning to be more independent. It’s perfectly normal. Adult bunnies can be very cuddly but on their own terms, whereas babies tend not to mind being held or even carried around.
I don’t know about the cage. if it’s not too much work you could try to move it back and see if that makes her more content. From other stuff you’ve written about her, she seems to have a bit of territoriality in her, so she may be cross because you moved her cage.

100% normal. When baby bunnies are growing up, they will experience all sorts of changes (just like human adolescence). Their hormones are kicking in and they are feeling more independent. Once cuddly, not a care in the world bunnies suddenly turn into bunnies who would really prefer not to be held and carried around. And yes, this can literally happen overnight. It’s like a switch is flipped.

Sounds like my 1 year old human baby… I wouldnt worry.

If the cage chewing doesn’t stop you might want to try moving the cage back and see if that’s the problem.

And no worries, we are here to help. But we expect payment in cute bunny pictures.

Agree with everyone else. For the first few months all my two wanted was to be held. Now I’m lucky if I can catch them to pick them up!! They’re much more independant and only like the attention on their own terms.

Glad you fixed the problem. Next time maybe you’ll think twice before rearranging her stuff.

My bunny went from not like being held to needing a hug in the morning, once he has had that hug he back to normal.
