Im getting a bun today!!! weeee!

I was thumbing through craigslist and I found this Add!

I called the lady and she was realy nice and welcomed to come right away if I wanted! All the spotted mini rex’s are girls and the harlequin is a lil boy! I’m not sure which one im going to pick the lil boy caught my eye but Im going to look them over thouroughly and pick the one that is healthy with good allinged teeth and has a good personality.

EEEEK!! I’m so excited! I think if I remember right, the mom to these babies is a show bun the breeder was showing them and retired from showing all her rabbits and was “downsizing” The lady (who has her now) payed $30 for the mom(with papers) and she was fat and healthy and ended up being pregnant so now she is selling the babies (for $10 whole dollars) and putting the money twards having the momy spayed! I think it all planned out great! I’m so excited I could scream! lol And another exciting thing is they are mini rex’s like Basil! I didnt think I was going to find another mini rex around where I live they are rare in these parts and I found some! wee! I promise pics will be here as soon as possible!

I feel kinda bad that im not adopting a bun from a rescue is that a bad thing? I know I will give it a healthy home instead it going to a home for a little while and end up like other unfortunate buns ya know?

LittlePuffyTail, I havent had much luck with the shelter its very difficult to get a hold of anyone there through phone or e-mail, and I have to travel over three hours to get to the buns and I dont have a car which makes it harder Its frustrating im not badmouthing them at all Im so glad they do what they do but Im not having any luck with them.

Well the important thing is that you tried the shelters first. Sometimes it just doesn’t work out. So don’t feel guilty, enjoy the heck out your new baby bunny!

well it rained on my bunny parade… well actually it poured! lol So I called the lady and cancled till tomorrow… sooo…. Im getting a bunny tomorrow ya!!! lol

Ohhh the name game again! I had such a hard time picking Basil’s name now I have to do it all over again! lol hmmm names lets see…. I might just start a post for name ideas when I get pictures!
