Yesterday there was a tiny white spider in the kitchen, today I was cleaning Stickers room and found a HUGE brown spider (non-venomous), yuck. Guess since it’s getting colder they’re looking for warm places to stay. Wish they’d pick somewhere else! The buns are fine and the spiders got released away from me safe and sound to go eat some bugs. Now, if it was a venomous one… I think I would make the boyfriend go take it to the woods way, way, way away in the car. lol His friend at work is feeding a black widow (female) where they work, I told him it wasn’t safe to let her stay there but neither of them care. o.O

Ugh. When spiders come in, I want to be the one who takes a long drive away in the car. My daughter is terrified of them. Putting out of doors won’t do, she insists they be disposed of. No idea where this all started, but she simply can’t manage them herself, so someone else has to do the dirty deed.
Luckily no poisonous ones this far north, but that’s replaced by a significant quotient of ugly. (shivers)

I love spiders! I find them fascinating. And I would much rather have them chilling out in my house then the random fly, moth or ladybug that finds it’s way in. Most dangerous thing we have in Michigan is the brown recluse, and they are none to common. Mostly find them in the woods.

I have been face to face with a black widow before. It was so awesome!

I like them.. but not near me or my pets lol I put them outside so they can get rid of the pests that way. I won’t kill anything if I can help it.

Mimz, my ex was the same way – he was so scared of spiders, but he had to accept me putting them outside.

We have all kinds of little tiny house spiders. Luckily they are no big deal.
We also have the “scary” ones – Black Widow (mostly stay in the garage) and Brown Recluse (these guys really are reclusive, never heard of one in a house).
When I lived in Arizona we had tarantulas and wolf spiders but, not in the house – they are huge!

I used to be afraid of spiders, and I guess I still am a little uneasy around the big ones, but my attitude changed quite a bit after I got married. My husband is very fond of them, and thinks nothing of coaxing them onto his hand so he can gently set them outside. We have several in the corners of our bathroom, and I just let them be. They aren’t bothering me, and they are catching the bugs that do bother me. I do cringe whenever anything creepy-crawly goes near Hodari, though; we had some earwigs climbing on her litter box one day, and I started shouting at DH to get rid of them this instant!

At the house I used to live at (my grandparents, both passed away so my dad and I sold it) it was SPIDER SEASON all year long! GAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! I freaked out so much! I began to smack them with newspaper or whatever I had around! I did it for Chacha bun.. *cries*

When my dad and I were moving out of that house, we found a nest of.. er……………. scary stuff in the garage. And to THINK I had to put Chacha out in the garage when people were looking at the house! GUHHLDEFJKSLFJSLF !! I don’t even want to think about it !!! *screams*

I freaked out when there were fruit flies in the apartment. They are all gone now though *sigh of relief*
