I think my rabbit is sick!

I’ve never owned a doe rabbit before, only one male one previously, so I’m not even sure is this is normal. I always find myself on this site when having questions about my bunnies, but this is my first time posting (so sorry if I’ve broken any rules!). Bowie, my doe, is usually a very sweet bunny and always rushes up to her cage door when she sees me to get some fuss, but this morning my mum noticed she was off, and I went to check on her to confirm that and something is definitely wrong. When I offered her kale and spinach – her absolute favourite – she practically turned her nose up at it and made small honking noises. She’s usually a very vocal rabbit, so this didn’t worry me as such, however she usually only honks if our baby boy bunny is near her, or if we’re invading her space and even then it’s usually a bit louder and more authoritative. Another thing that worries me is that she was so active yesterday after I cleaned her out! Exploring, burrowing under her straw, etc, but today she’s been laying stretched out, and honking softly when I stroke her. As I cleaned her out yesterday there aren’t many droppings, and the ones that are in there I’m not sure if they’re from where mum or I put them in there after picking them up from our floor, but her water has gone down. Please give me some advice! I’m so worried about her, and this feels like what happened to my male rabbit I had for years and years (he died when he was old, but he also stopped eating, being active, and grooming himself along with water diarrhoea). Should I be expecting the worse when my bunny is only one year old?

Have you had any luck getting her to eat anything? Are her droppings looking smaller?
Do you have a vet that knows a bit about rabbits where you live?

How old is the boy? Could she be pregnant or going through a false pregnancy?

Was she gathering anything in one area, carrying hay in her mouth at all?

Our boy is about sixteen weeks, so there’s no way she could be pregnant, but a false pregnancy might it. I’ve gotten her to have a bit of kale and spinach, and she drank some water, but I’ve had no luck with her pellets even after I tried hand feeding her with a medicine syringe, but I think we may take her to the pets4vets tomorrow and see if she can be seen to.
When she messes around with her hay she kind of digs under, but she’s not made it into any sort of nest as far as I can tell

A 16 week old boy can definitely get an adult female pregnant… they mature anywhere from 10 weeks onwards.
