Years ago people wanted smaller an smaller. The I phone comes out and awesome. Now the I pad which is just a larger version of said I pod.

So in reality it is a Maxi Pad… LOL

i haven’t really paid too much attention to them as i know i’d never be able to get one. from what i can gather they looked like a bigger ipod touch. but i’m sure there’s more to them then that, huh? i guess i’ll have to go look them up.

i’m currently saving up for a 160gb ipod. i had a 2nd generation one that kicked the bucket a while back and i’ve just been lost without an ipod..

i love apple products, too. =)

i love apple i have the 3rd gen. ipod nano (chromatic), i lovee it! the i phones are really stupid i hear though… they break easy apperently.. 5 of my friends broke theirs in the first few months

I desperately want to replace the iPod mini that got stolen out of my car two years ago..but I swore I wouldn’t get another one because I don’t like how restrictive it is. I’m fighting it hard, especially since my daughter got a nano for Christmas and I discovered it has a radio! I don’t want an iPad but I really want a Nook.

I don’t know….not knowing what it was, the name like IPad had me thinking of various things – much like Spidey posted!

It reminds me of the new Vegemite we had here. There was a big competition for the public to name it. The company selected “ISnack 2.0” to be the winner and announced it during the big football grand final. It had a big public rejection – lol. The “I” prefix shouldn’t be attached to everything just to make it thoroughly modern. Especially not a dark brown salty spread. haha. Sorry to go off topic there…

I have a digital camera for taking pics, my phone doesn’t take the best ones anyway lol. And besides.. I take so many of M&M that a camera’s memory would fill up too fast

My brother is a computer whiz… so he was telling me all about this a long time ago. I guess it was rumored that it was supposed to be called the iSlate… which sounds cool. iPad… ugh. (Makes me think of “products for women”.)

I JUST got my first iPod in January (school refund time… lol!) I got the 160gb iPod classic, and it’s amazing. I *wish* it had the radio feature but it doesn’t. But you can’t do any better for the sheer volume. Plus, I can go over any of my friends and families houses and “scavenge” thru their music and add it on. Out of the 140gb total (after extra setting and stuff), I’m only using about 40gb so far. And this is without any movies or tv shows on it yet. My brother has one of the original 160gb classics, and his is full. But it takes a solid 3 minutes to scroll thru the artist list. I love it. It’s been great getting all my cds out of the car and just carrying that around with me. I had to get a new radio and an iPod adapter, but it’s great.

I just want a cell phone that has good sound when you use it to get/receive calls. I hate the fact that all of these tools have the kitchen sink, but they can’t improve sound quality significantly. First and foremost, I want a phone I can hear well on! That means boosting the base so it doesn’t sound like a tin can and a string. Vent.

I love apple products and can never afford them. All the pro graphic designers have been using Macs for years for the really excellent artwork, and I never could get my hands on one. So I drool about the most expensive line they make. Otherwise, I want anything with a radio because I like to hear new music that I want to listen too, since songs I know get stuck in my head for weeks on end.
How much Muskrat Love can you live with?

Jersey, get a high GB flash card for your camera. It doesn’t fill up fast at all, and once you delete the duds, you have room again. I’m taking mine on walkies this morning, if I ever get Sammy into her house first. Talk about digressing!

(P.S. Sarita, if you want it, with all the stress you’ve had lately, get it. Why should you only be paying for your vet’s new iPad?)

I don’t even hav an ipod!

Back when they came out, I refused to buy into Apple’s total monopoly of the music market and since then it’s just gotten worse… $1.30 for a song?! Sheesh. I bought a toshiba mp3 player and it finally gave out last year, and I haven’t bought another. It will be so nice when I can listen to music again when I’m walking to class and when I’m working out. Even though I really hate the monopoly that Apple has, but because of the monopoly, I feel like my only viable option is to buy an ipod… the other mp3 players I’ve looked at just don’t compare… I just have to save the $ for it.

I would never buy the ipad though, too big for me.

My brother is able to get anything I want for free fortunately. Between that, my own music collection, and getting cds at the library, I have yet to purchase a song. It is very expensive ($250) but I’m really liking it. I don’t even feel bad about it b/c I did wait… what? 10 years to get my first iPod.
