  My rabbit was running and ripped a muscle or tendon. It is connect from his stomach to his hind leg. He has no control of it at all…
  
  I feel so bad and I don’t know if it will heal by it’s self or a vet needs to get involved….

  How do you know he tore something? Tell us exactly what happened and what he’s doing now. But if he did something and is in pain, yes, a vet trip ASAP!

  Vet ASAP…… Don’t stop to wait and see, he will need pain meds..
  In the interim limit his movement so he cannot run up and down any ramps or jump up onto things…

  A vet visit is definitely needed, but unless he is lethargic or struggling to breathe, an ER vet visit does not sound necessary. This can wait until morning. Keep him confined, remove or block off any levels in his cage, and call your regular vet in the morning.

  You can feel on his right side is tight but his left is a loose and he have no control over it……

  The vet said he can not do anything and if he could not do anything he will still be in pain. I could take him to a professorial for about $1,300 but I am not share about it being real this vet have been mean to me all my animals. I can’t get anywhere else when you live in the boonies and can not drive anywhere and I am so made at my self for that. I can not sleep because I feel so bad. I know he will not make but I don’t want to believe it, I want him to live and be fine. His is my BEST FRIEND. He has only gone to on fair and he is the only reason why I do FFA and I just feel bad …… Sorry for the long up date/complaining/waning.

  Is he being put to sleep then? If he is in pain, he needs to be euthanized by the vet. Don’t just wait it out. Were you given pain meds in the meantime?

  I canceled his appointment tonight and I am calling a vet in a different town to get a 2nd opinion on Snuggles. Wish us the best!!!

  Glad you can get a second opinion. It sounds like you really don’t trust your town vet. Is the second opinion with a rabbit knowledgeable exotics vet?

  He got some cast thing, but it is hard for to walk to food and water.

  I’m sure it will be worth the time in the cast if he can recover. You have done really well getting a second opinion and giving him a chance..

  Whew thank goodness you got that 2nd vet opinion! Is the cast for a broken bone or for some other reason? Obviously just keep your bun comfortable. You might need to rearrange food/water to be closer for easy access.
