  My bunny goes to the bathroom in her litter box, so she sits in it. I’ve noticed last night when she was hopping around my face there was an oder. Pee oder. Everyone keeps telling me how dangerous baths are and a dry cloth isn’t going to get rid of this smell. Would a wash cloth work? Or! Will invented baby wipes work to wipe her bottom and feet?

  Same happens to my bun. I usually just wipe him down really good with a damp cloth, then use a dry cloth to dry him up the best that I can.

  If you mean wet baby-wipes, you can use the unscented ones. I don’t know if they’re particularly efficient though.
  
  If there’s pee-odour on her feet, perhaps you’re using a type of litter that’s not absorbant enough. Good litter is f ex Yesterdays News, wood stove pellets and Carefresh.

  I would try another litter or try putting more litter in the box. I use Yesterdays News and it’s very absorbent but I still have to change the box every second day. A light dusting of corn starch can help remove pee from bunny.

  A healthy rabbit grooms constantly, so if this is just an odd occurrence, the smell should be gone soon as grooms… If it keeps happening, I ditto the suggestion to re-evaluate the litter material you’re using.
