  I had a very successful shop at my fruit & veg store today!    All up $6.30 but came home with:
  
  Bag of brussel sprouts
  
  Celery
  
  Endive
  
  Huge bag carrot tops (free)
  
  Huge bag beetroot tops (free)
  
  I always ask at the counter if they have carrot tops. They normally snip them of for customers and stick them under the counter.  Today the cashier also offered beet tops – bonus. They probably even have radish tops too. So there’s a little tip to save some $’s - it’s worth asking.
  
  The cashier said “There’s more in there for them(rabbits) than you!” Little did she know it was actually all for them! lol   I may eat some sprouts and celery though…

  That’s nice because they are going to throw that perfectly good rabbit food away!

  hehe one of the reasons I like it is some of the unhealthy stuff they have. I often get a variety of weird green stuff and then some sweets for me!
