  Tomorrow morning my grandfather my sisters and i are going to the st. jacobs farmers market (its REALLY nice.. google has good info on it) its a mennonite – based market so everything is localy grown and there music good food cheap prices and lots of fun. ive been going since i was a baby (my mom used to work there for a family friend)
  
  i’m excited to see if i can get some $$ off my mom tonight for when we go and then hopefully buy lots off nom noms for my babies.
  by cheap prices i mean CHEAP!!
  a basket of carrots with the tops = about $2 – $2.50 and they are HUGE!
  
  market is open every tuesday / thursday / and saturday.
  
  tuesdays and thursdays they have stock auctions / sale
  so they aution off things like cattle, horses, camels (yes live camels!) , Different types of exotics (monkeys, leemurs, and such)
  
  and they also sell smaller stock such as pure bred rabbits, assorted birds (chickens, ducks, swans, parrots, doves, peacocks)
  We don’t normally go on those days because my mom works and we have school and such (markets open from about 8am-2pm)
  
  but im super excited.. i’ll post pics when i get home tomorrow

  I went to the local produce store today. The veggies that I get are local grown. And huge portions. It makes me quite happy. Grocery stores have small lettuce portions and it dies fast. Not worth it

  so. its 1pm now. and its been FREEZING RAIN all day so unless it magically stops. we wont be going to the market :'(
