uh..oh…I know I’d be completely done for if I were in your shoes. He’s adorable and sounds perfect – cuddly mellow…Oh boy, Oh boy, Oh boy. I don’t envy you right now. See what happens with “just looking”.
Okay….so let’s look at the best case scenario – You adopt him and later they get along great and you have this adorable adorable addition to the family.
OR:
Worst Case Scenario: You bring him home and they don’t get along and you have to keep them in separate cages which means some chronic poop wars.
Most likely what will happen is:
You bring him home and there will be alot of marking from both bunnies, but your gal may get nutty until her hormones die down after surgery, and you go through a bonding process, and it could go very smoothly or it could be challenging, but if you are up for the stress for a month or so, then it may be worth it to you.
Even bunnies that go bunny dating and find a decent match may still have some challenging bouts at home – but at least it does help to avoid the “I hate you and want you to die” relationships.
So try to weigh in the positives and negatives,(could you live with the worse case scenario?) and think it over and if see how you feel after avoiding his photo/description for a couple of days.
