My little Tuslle is a year old healthy male. I was letting him play around my room having a great time when my crap AC made a terrible loud noise and scared us both, causing him to run rapidly on my carpet. I picked him up and gave him shelter in a blanket, making him feel safe for about 10 minutes. He didn’t struggle at all, just was scared. When I let him back down he hopped normally to his pin and started licking his right foot a lot. I thought this was odd so I picked him up again and checked it. I noticed a little bit of pink in his fur and when I gently touched the nail in that area to inspect, it easily moved out of place, kind of to the side. I was terrified and started calling hospitals but their bunny vets aren’t in today or they are booked. They suggested I try at a time they are available and said I should keep him from licking his foot. So after I close him up in his pin again and discourage the licking, I see that the toe is back in place. He doesn’t try to lick it anymore and he has been acting totally normal for the past 2 hours. Should I still try to find him a vet? Or is it not serious and I should just let him heal naturally and not let him out next few days?
