humping bunny

Hi
I have a male bunny called Clover who is approximately 16 months old. He is a mix of breeds, has french lop and lionhead in him.
He is a house bunny and has a big personality and is a huge part of the family.
The family also consists of my daughter and 3 Cavalier King Charles Spainiels.
When I am in he is always out of his hutch or shaking the bars to come out. He was neutered when he was old enough and his balls had dropped. Just before he had op he had started to hump my dogs especially my black and tan boy Albie and black and tan female Raven. I haven’t had anymore humping issues until roughly a month ago. Now he tries his luck whenever he comes across them sleeping on the floor and I’m not looking. First I know is growling and then look to find him humping their bums and I shoo him off. They are wary when he comes near them in case he starts humping them.
He has also started to pee on the small settee again. (It’s protected with mattress waterproof protector and fleece throws.
is there anything that could of made him start humping again. I think it could be dominance.
and what can I do to get him to stop

It’s probably a dominance-related issue. Has anything changed around the house that may have made him think he needs to make sure everyone knows who the top bun is?
