Hello there, my fellow bunny enthusiasts! I’m Blossom! I have a black tort Holland Lop buck named Jarvis! He isn’t neutered, but I’ve been seriously considering it! He’s really sweet and cuddly! He likes to lay on his side while I pet his neck. He does stay in a cage but gets plenty of outdoor time and gets to come inside occasionally. 

Here’s all the stuff I feed him and such (idk maybe some of this is poor quality and I didn’t know)

Food:

• Oxbow Garden Select Adult Rabbit Food (he’s two)

•Oxbow Hay Blends Western Timothy & Orchard Grass 

•Kaytee Timothy Biscuits Treats

•Vitakraft Kracker Sticks 

•Katy Natural Timothy Cubes

Cage & Bedding:

•Living World Deluxe X-Large Habitat 

•So Phresh Paper Pellet Small Animal Litter (used in litter box)

•So Phresh Crumbled Paper Small Animal Bedding (used in rest of cage)

Welcome! I do highly recommend neutering by a rabbit experienced vet. In the near future, it will help relieve any sexual frustration and territorial hormonal behaviors your rabbit may adopt and express.

In terms of your supplies they seem great. I don’t know the brand for your non-food items, but I will say that you don’t need bedding as long as the rest of the cage is solid floor (not wire bottom) and you can throw some blankets or spare t shirts if you want something your rabbit can rearrange to get cozy!

Thanks for the advice! I like the no bedding idea because bedding is so expensive!

Hi! He is adorable . I agree with Wick that the bedding isn’t necessary, but I would also take the Vitakraft sticks off – anything that looks like seeds or trail mix in the pet stores isn’t good for buns even though the store markets it for buns. Other than that, your list looks great!

Sounds like the other members above already said all the things I thought too haha !
The only thing I’ll add to the removing bedding is you can use fleece blankets in its place my boy Boston has fleece to line the bottom of his cage and it’s been great and cheap!
