I have two Holland lop girls about 7 months old, and was wondering what is the appropriate amount of pellets I could give them?

It depends what else you are feeding , if you haven’t seen introduced veges enough yet to be giving 1cup a day each then you may be where I am still , my Holland lop is 11months old and is on 1/2 cup a day of pellets ( 1/4 cup in the morning and 1/4 cup at night ) as I am going very slow introducing veges due to tummy sensitivity . I will take him down to 1/8 or 1/4 cup a day once he is eating enough veges.
That’s on a good brand of food ( burgess) so it also depends on the content of the pellets you are feeding

Burgess or oxbow are most recommended as they get what they need from them and only need a small amount
Stay away from muesli or seed pellet mixes as they unhealthy and actually bad for bunny

My Panda and Fernando, Polish rabbits (I’m pretty sure, anyway!) are a little over 3 pounds each, so get 1/8 cup or so pellets – I give them Oxbow Essentials timothy-based – every morning.
